It doesn’t have to feel like this.

How we can work together

I specialize in working with…

  • Dating, premarital, married, and interracial couples who want to improve their relationship and learn how to communicate effectively, manage their conflict, and create meaningful and deep connections.

  • Individuals struggling with anxiety, difficult life transitions, feelings of low self-worth, perfectionism, and conflicts of identity.

  • Women who have lost themselves in motherhood, marriage, or their careers and want to rediscover their individual identity.

  • Singles who need help navigating the dating scene or recovering from a breakup or divorce.

In Christian counseling, I work by integrating psychology principles with a biblical perspective. All the while creating a safe, warm, and inviting space that is free of judgment. Rather not involve faith at all? We can do that too. I cater the counseling experience to match each client’s individual needs. I recognize that each person’s story is unique, and I enjoy working with clients with diverse backgrounds, experiences, identities, and cultures.
